MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

 

A number of membership categories are available to meet a variety of needs as listed below.

Select the form you require from the list below. If you wish to e-mail it back, simply type in your

responses to the questions on the form and e-mail the file back. If you wish to fax or post the form,

print it off and fill in the details accordingly.

 

Student

 

Membership available to candidates who work for a company involved in Diesel or Gas Turbine industry and are taking a recognised course of technical training.

Associate

 

For those individuals not attaining the full qualifications needed to become a corporate member or a company member.

Member*

 

Members are entitled to use the initials MIDGTE signifying that they have satisfied the Council that they hold a responsible position and their qualifications, training and experience meet the requirements of the Institution.

Fellow

 

A provision for senior members who are able to meet more stringent and advanced requirements. All Fellowship applicants must have been a Member for a minimum of three consecutive years. Please contact the IDGTE office for the relevant form.

 

Company

 

For any company who wishes to support the Institution, this category allows for one member and four non-members.
